Important: SabKiShiksha is a private, independent educational guidance platform. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Delhi Government, the Directorate of Education (DoE) Delhi, edudel.nic.in, ewsadmissions.delhi.gov.in, or any specific school. All information provided is for general guidance purposes only.

3. Paid Services, Counselling, and Consultations

SabKiShiksha offers premium paid services, including 1-on-1 school admission counselling, document review, and teacher training webinars. By booking a paid service, you agree to the following:

No Guarantee of Admission: Our paid services provide strategic advice and document verification assistance. Paying for our services does not guarantee a school seat, success in the EWS/DG draw-of-lots, or any specific educational outcome.
Parental Responsibility: Parents are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their documents, meeting school deadlines, and physically submitting applications on government or school portals. SabKiShiksha is not liable for rejected applications due to late submissions, server errors on government portals, or falsified documents provided by the parent.
Non-Refundable Fees: Once a counselling session has been booked and the time slot confirmed, or once a digital product/webinar has been accessed, the fees are strictly non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted only if requested at least 24 hours prior to the booked slot.

4. User Content and Comments

Parts of this website may offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions, queries, and information. SabKiShiksha does not filter, edit, publish or review comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of SabKiShiksha, its agents, or affiliates.

We reserve the right to monitor all comments and to remove any comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive, spam, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
